Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it.

These terms govern your use of EZ·Menu, a digital menu platform for restaurants, cafés and bars. By creating an account or using a published EZ·Menu page, you agree to them.

The service

EZ·Menu lets restaurant owners build and publish a digital menu, accessible to diners via a QR code or link, with optional table ordering, reservations, and reviews. We offer a Free plan and paid Pro/Business plans with additional features, described on our pricing page.

Accounts

You need an account to create and manage a restaurant. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

Your content

You own the content you upload — your restaurant name, photos, menu items, prices, and descriptions. By publishing it on EZ·Menu, you give us permission to host, display, and transmit it as part of operating the service. You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.

Published menus are public

Marking a menu “published” makes it visible to anyone with the link or QR code, without an account. Unpublishing removes public access. You’re responsible for what you publish.

Diner reviews

Diners may leave one review per restaurant. Reviews must be honest accounts of a real visit. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or clearly fabricated. Restaurant owners may reply to reviews but cannot alter their content or rating.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple/Google under their own terms; cancel through your device’s subscription settings. We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use EZ·Menu to publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content; to harass or abuse others; to attempt to access another account or restaurant you don’t own; or to disrupt the service (e.g. scraping at scale, attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls).

Menu content policy — no illegal products

A published menu may only list food, drink, and related items that are legal to sell to the general public in the restaurant’s jurisdiction. You may not use EZ·Menu to list, advertise, or sell:

We may remove menu content or suspend an account that violates this policy without notice, and will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

EZ·Menu is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost orders, lost revenue, or menu content errors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
